You are truly fabulous. I used this recipe and had our kids make it in our after school workshops. I will use it this summer too!! Thank you for sharing
Hi! I love your recipes, and can’t wait to try them all.
I stumbled onto your blog because my 9 year old boy was mourning the loss of mandu (Korean for potstickers) in his new celiac friendly diet. We were both diagnosed 2 weeks ago.
Anyway, I am married to a Korean guy and we always roast or grill the garlic cloves to go with the Korean bbq. We also wrap the meat in lettuce and add in banchan (Korean veggie side dishes). Let me know if you want quick and easy ideas for the Korean sides.
Thanks for doing this blog. I brought your lettuce wraps to a Get together last night and they were a hit!!
Crysty,
